I looked back and discovered that I went through this, too, getting bounces
when I was first trying to get an ID on the subscription. The additional
"mail" in the reply address doesn't resolve at the polarcomm.com end --
their mail server should do that if it appends the 'mail' on the outgoing
end, but it doesn't.
