[Coco] What other Manuals, etc. need to be converted?

Much appreciated Jim. As long as I have some free time at the moment and 
as long as the scanner doesn't implode ;-) I'll keep on going. I'm 
quickly running out of OS-9 manuals and will have to start on the CoCo 
Manuals (disk extended, etc..) before long.
