I've got a CD burned for Dennis that has from issue 1 (August 93) 
through Jan/Feb 96 (volume 3 #4). I know I printed 8 issues a year the 
first two years, then dropped to six. So that should be 20 issues, but 
there are only 18. I'm not sure which are missing, and most are missing 
photos and such that were physically cut and pasted in or scanned and 
pasted at the print shop I used back then. So my backup files don't have 
the images. You can probably scan just those pages as JPG files so the 
guys converting the files to PDF (John Riddle, for one) can cut the 
images out and paste them back in before the PDFs are made.
