[Coco] Formatting /R0 quickly.

And anyone else using this software driver,

I got the /R0 to format quickly by DMODE'ing
the TYP from $40 to $80. This is not legal,
but it does force FORMAT to ask questions,
so that a person can answer no,
and skip the "numbers going by".

I use script files and have one file named
"ynn" which contains three lines:
Y
N
N

So, doing something like this:

FORMAT /r0 "RAMDISK" r < /dd/cmds/ynn

in a script file does the format and
skips the numbers. Now this is quicker
and much better than 22 minutes waiting
for a smaller ramdisk.
