[Coco] Marymac Industries

Back in the 80's, I purchased various real Coco products from other vendors than Tandy, such as Marymac Industries.  I was browsing through some web pages today and found an article that referred to a court case "Tandy vs. Marymac Industries".  The article was talking about manufacturers warranties and second party sellers.  Does anyone have any recollection of this court case?  I don't think I ever heard of it, or the results.
