For us ignorant Americans, just what is a "Pom?"  Is it 
true that there is a little tension between Austrailians 
and New Zealanders?  A coworker once called an engineer 
originally from New Zealand, and the reaction was somewhat 
humorous from my point of few :)  He basically called the 
tech a Mexican with a few explitives left out here.
