If all else fails, do what I do with AOL news photos that can't be saved 
separately:
Shoot the screen with a digital camera!  I have a cheap 2 mega pixel Fuji 
that shots about 1600x1200 pixels, plenty good enough to capture text and the 
like.  

Then crop and print the photos with whatever software you normally use.

However, ISTR the "Print Screen" button will capture the whole CRT face, and 
you fire up Paint and paste the capture off the clipboard.  Be prepared for a 
HUGE .bmp file.
