[Coco] David Keil's CC3 emulator with 512/2meg support

   Just got Davids new emulator and noticed that I can execute the COCO 
emulator V1.30 and V2.00
COCO3 128K Emulator V0.10 and V1.10.  But when I try and execute the 
COCO3 512K
Emulator V2.00, I get a error saying either a file is missing or can not 
be accessed. The file resides
in the system temp directory.
   Anyone else having this problem??
