Sending is free with the business account. It really doesn't matter
because for every sender there HAS to be a receiver. Therefore, they could
divide the cost in half and put the burden on both the sender and receiver,
but this would screw up for free account sales pitch. I think the business
account is also required to use the web and e-mail links, receive the
Mastercard credit/debit card, and to use other features of the site. The
free account is impractical if you plan to do anything serious.
