[Coco] NitrOS-9 newbie needs some help

Here's another suggestion that may at least narrow down the problem a 
bit.

You said you have OS-9 Level Two.  Try booting with it and then 
formatting a blank disk.  Make note if there are any problems.

Then boot with NitrOS-9, and type the following format command:

format /d0 1 '35'

This will force a single sided 35 track format.  Make a note of any 
problems.

At the very least we can isolate the problem to either OS-9 Level Two 
or NitrOS-9, or see if both behave the same.

Let us know the results.
