Funny thing is that the 16k board uses two 4416 type chips, but Tandy
upgraded the 16k to 64k using a PCB with 8 4164 chips, instead of two 4464
chips. The Coco 2 that came with 64k had the space for the two 4464 chips,
but a PCB was used instead. Dunno why. Maybe 4164 chips were a *lot* cheaper
