[Coco] Coco Chat Problem

Hi Roger,

I'm having problems with the chat right now. It's refreshing the page the minute
the page is loaded. (For me, it's a few times a second.) I've been able to
recreate this problem with not only FireFox, but also IE.

I know I got kicked when you started to update it, so are you still working on
it?
