[Coco] David Keil's CC3 emulator with 512/2meg support

Fedor,
   David did make a 128K COCO3 emulator about three years ago. I got a 
copy from him
at the ChicagoFest at that time. I am glad to see that he has expanded 
it to 512k and 2M.
I am looking foward to obtaining the new version from him.
