[Coco] nos9 rbf fix, again

OK, what was the rbf patch to make nos9 6809 level II v3.2.3 work with
existing hard drive drivers?  And what is the CRC of the patched
module, please.  The patch I have (changing $7C5 to $21, CRC $732705)
won't boot.
