[Coco] Server upgrade cost: We're done

Thanks to all of you who offered help with the maltedmedia.com server
upgrade. Between the incredible response on the CoCo list and the equal
amount put up by the music sites, the upgrade expense is now covered.

And, in the community department, this new list had its six-month birthday
two weeks ago. 6,400 messages exchanged and 1,200 spams automatically
caught & discarded!
