How much trouble will this be for you? How huge a book are we talking
about? As I've said, Ken Schunk, the author of the AGS graphics
system for DEFT Pacal (and he who patched it so it'd run on the CoCo3)
has promised me source and maybe docs, but that was back in July and I
haven't heard from him since...
I wouldn't want to distract you from important stuff, like getting
your MM/1 running and uploading the PUCC archive to somewhere on the
Net. (hint, hint!)
And yes, in PDF, please.
