[Coco] Test of news gateway

Dennis,

I do not see your test message on either of the two newservers that I 
have direct access to.

I am gating the COCO related content from the newsgroup through a 
moderator program to an experimental NOTES conference on 
Encompasserve.org that is accessable by Telnet after registering.

That is where I saw your announcement.

I had not yet set it up to be bi-directional, and since you will 
probably get your gateway working soon, I will probably stop work on it.

I can send you (or anyone else) the algorithm for my moderator program 
if you wish, but I am sure that you probably have your own ideas and 
have probably more experience at it, since this was my first attempt.

Except for the notes conference mirror, I am not monitoring the 
newsgroup anymore.
