The trick to creating high-performance games on the CoCo, escpecially 3-D
games, is to use as much precalculated/predrawn material as you can. If
you can fill up a floppy disk (both sides) with audio and certain types of
predrawn frames, you can animate the frames instead of using real 3-D math
to calculate everything. Certain frames could also be overlayed or mixed
with other content using tricky XOR, AND, OR logic.
Oh, and try to use the 6309.
