[Coco] 6309 Micro Processor Project 11-22-2003

The last bug is fixed.  It was a subtle buglet in the column
positioning code inside of the (Create New File Dialog)
It is fixed and everything is working great.  I put the
latest updated coco3x.exe in the ver19.zip file and
you can get it now!
