If the CoCo CAS files are the same as the MC10 .C10 files, yell at 
me.  I might have made a c10-to-wav converter at one point.  Then 
again, maybe I didn't...  I tend to misplace software and forget 
about it.  

I've had very good luck with my Interact converter CIN2WAV, which is 
good, because the Interact computer has a built-in cassette player, 
and not an audio in.

BTW, I'm one of the software emulator guys for the VZ200.

All my stuff is for Windows98 and Direct X 6, but should run on later 
versions of Windows if you have the "administrator access" which 
would let you run "uninstalled" software.
