[Coco] more files ready for uploading

I do have a photocopy of the index / magazine which I think was for
these. My copy of these floppies is on double sided 40 track
floppies, plus a couple of 'fix-ups'. I seem to remember about 12 of
those - but maybe mine was an earlier set.
