I wonder if there's any valid reason for starting with sector 0?  It's
apparently an odd setup.

I guess it would be a good idea if one created an oddly formatted disk
to write the parameters on the label.

No.  I am not familiar with that program.  My system is not an MM1, but
a Delmar System V.

Is this a commercial program?  Might it be found on rtsi?
