If you think that's a headache, you should try hiijacking the M.E.S.S. 
window so it becomes a child window of your IDE.
The M.E.S.S. app itself runs as intended, but wherever my app goes, the 
M.E.S.S. window follows.  That is, the new M.E.S.S. video plane without the 
bordering.  I'm 95% there tonight, it's behaving like a child window but 
will not follow yet.  If all else fails, I will manually move the M.E.S.S. 
window when mine moves.

I started messing with the direct x part of my app
