[Coco] Using EDTASM+ in MESS emulator

CTRL+End=BREAK

You must have at least one .dsk image if you can use EDTASM+. At the very least,
you can use your PC to make a copy of that disk, mount it in MESS, DSKINI it in
Disk Basic, and then use it with EDTASM+. MESS comes with imgtool.exe which will
create floppy blanks.
