[Coco] Rally-X for CoCo 3!!!

Rally X was one of my favorite arcade games in the 80s.  On the VIC-20 
we had Radar Rat Race (same thing) so I expect a CoCo could do it 
easily.  Wasn't there a version for the CoCo at some point?

Hmmm...  It would be neat to do some kind of networked game to have 
ready for the next CoCoFest.

And Nick ... ever think of making some of your routines into callable 
libraries for use from CBASIC, BASIC, or ASM?
