[Coco] KLess utility for MM/1

I am ready to give out a copy of the MM/1 K-Windows demo program "KLess" that 
has been discussed a little bit here.   It really shows off a nice GUI for 
K-Windows on the MM/1 (and TC-70, I'd guess).

According to Linux's strings utility, it was written in 1994 by Ken Scales, a 
name I haven't heard lately at all.  It's definitely been coded in C, and is 
28.5 KB (small even by OSK standards).  --Mike K.
