You have a reasonable chance to convert any Basic programs saved in
ascii format so that they run with QBasic. You will not be able to run
any tokenized Basic or ml programs on an Intel machine without using an
emulator.
You won't be able to read the .dsk images unless you get some of the
tools from the emulation packages.
