The 6829 has some interestign uses but some disadvantages. On 
major set backis that it acesses memory in 2K pages only. Second 
it is a rare IC and hard to find. ANother IC that would work also if 
they wre not so rare would be the 74LS610 or 74LS612.

All basically work on a DAT prinicipal.
