Does not work on all systems.
On the systems it does work on, it only works on pre-formated COCO floppies.
Does not work on disk images.
On the system it works on, it will allow copying in ASCII mode or Binary
mode, and setting the attributes of the file on the floppy.
No warrantee, as-is.
I am still fighting bugs in accessing some floppies due to timing bugs.
On the system I am having the problem on, John Collyer's modified
Retrieve.exe is having what appear to be similar problems.
