There are some books by Bill Hancock that document some of these type 
stories that involve computers or communication equipment.  If you find 
them, they are worth the read.

Bill Hancock is a great speaker, if you get a chance to attend an event 
where he is giving a presentation.  He may be retired now though.


Now those of you with Laser Printers/copiers/fax machines, take heed!

If you spill some toner, unless you have a toner rated vacuum cleaner, 
do not be tempted to vacuum it up.  Use a broom and dustbin.

If you do have a toner rated vacuum, make sure that there are no holes 
in bag where the motor is sucking the air through.

Your vacuum cleaner motor generates sparks, and dry powdered toner is 
extremely flamable, and does not burn cleanly.
