As long as people are recommending hosting providers:
The network management of Encompaserve is done on a volunteer basis by the
owner of Arnold Consulting.
In the years that I have been using Encompasserve as a primary mail
server, there has only been a few instances of downtime for hardware
failures, upgrades or P.Ms, and Encompasserve is not in the fault
tolerant configuration that the commercial servers that Arnold consulting runs.
The management of Encompasserve has been excellent in all this time, and
it's reliabilty for e-mail has exceeded that of every ISP that I have had.
It appears that he also offers hosting services, but I have no idea
of their price or scope. It is quite possible that shell accounts may be
available.
