Well, I've never really looked at the formats, but AFAIK they're all
different. There are utilities for OS-9 to handle The Compressor and
PKARC files. I don't know if AR was ever done for DECB.
(And yes, I know PKARC was the clone, but I don't remember who created
.ARC originally. SEAware, maybe?)

We do have a pak utility for OS-9.
