Wasn't there a Color Basic 1.3 at some point? I seem to remember it, but
only on the Coco3.
I may be wrong, and since my coco is boxed up right now, I have no way to
verify.

Subject: Re: [Coco] BASIC and Disk BASIC version numbers
Color BASIC came in versions: 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 Extended Color BASIC came in
versions: 1.0 and 1.1 Color Disk BASIC came in versions 1.0 and 1.1
These are three different programs that work together to bring you Tandy's
BASIC experience. They can be mixed and matched.
If you only have Color BASIC installed it will display its version number.
When you add Extended Color BASIC, its version will be displayed and Color
BASIC's version is suppressed. And if you have Disk Color BASIC (which
requires Extended Color BASIC) it will display its version number,
suppressing the other two.
The ROM in a CoCo 3 is a single chip containing Color BASIC 1.2, Extended
Color BASIC 1.1, and additional code to startup the CoCo3, and add new BASIC
commands. It displays the version number: 2.0. If you add Disk Color BASIC
1.1 it will display 2.1.
The details can be found in the unravelled series:
