[Coco] coco OS9 boot ROM

The B&B XT rom is addressable anywhere from $C000 to $DFFF. It takes the place 
of the cartridge rom. I have the ROM but not the source code. I just hated the noise 
from those st506 drives. Sounded like a jet was getting ready to take off.
