RSDOS does not support Hard Disks. You need another DOS. On a real coco
you might choose to use HDB DOS:

On an emulator, Robert Gault, kindly makes his RGB DOS avaiable:

Please remember that the ROM Robert suppilies will need to have the two
initial bytes removed for the MESS emulator.

Instead of looking for EDTASM refrences, you might want to consider
porting the project to Roger Taylor's Portal-9 environment:
