[Coco] Another drive question

It depends on the program that you use to retrieve the files.  Some know 
how to set the parameters properly, some do not.

My recomendation is that you add a 3.5 inch floppy to your COCO system 
for short term.

I saw both the drives and floppies on Chris Spry's site.

For long term convert your COCO to IDE and use the IDE to CompactFlash 
adapter from Cloud-9.

And then you can use a USB CompactFlash adapter.

The newer Microsoft Operating systems do not have a documented method of 
reading 256 byte sector media, and the old APIs do not work on Windows 
2000, or Windows XP.

The CompactFlash card seems to me the next easiest way to do the 
transfer.  The COCO sees it as a hard drive, and it can be read on any 
platform.  A program may be needed to read it, but they can be written 
on any platforms.
