[Coco] Portal-9 1.42

I have squashed the Windows 2000 bug in Portal-9 and have cornered the 
Windows 98 bug down to a handful of lines of code.  Unforch, it's very late 
so this will continue tomorrow.  Version 1.42.14 has been posted.  Many 
thanks to Jim Cox or working with me on this for many hours at a time that 
was supposed to be peaceful and Christmassy <-- is that a word?  I 
basically kept putting in report dialogs that prompted for a click before 
continuing, and I could then know where Jim's machine was within Portal-9 
before the crash.  It took a long time to home in on the 2000 bug.  It was 
with the message handling inside of a modeless dialog box (the right panel, 
where the Snippets and Build button are)... strange enough, my 2 machines 
kept on ticking without a problem.
