[Coco] object-oriented programming

With all this talk about languages and styles, I wanted to say that I am 
working on some support for CCASM to allow some object-oriented 
programming.  Yes, this is assembly, but most of it is looking good on 
paper.  I'm getting my ideas from the HLA assembler's techniques, even 
though HLA is a compiler with assembler functions built-in.
