[Coco] FLEX+ runs on a COCO3

I Just successfully booted Flex+ from Spectral Associates on a COCO3.

Even the HIRES screen worked.

This is an unmodified distribution.

Now all I need to do is find a way to copy the Flex floppies to one of 
the emulators.  According to the Flex User's group web site, all the 
copyright holders for Flex have given their permission for it's 
distribution.
