Committee Chairpersons should contact the members on their committee and sub-committees to prepare a summary of the past fiscal year activities. On the last page of the script is a guideline for preparing the Committee reports. I also wanted to remind everyone that the next BOD meeting will be this coming Sunday, March 15th at the Augusta Community Care building at AMC. I've reserved a meeting room, first for the VA CLEC meeting from 2:00 - 4:30 pm and then for our meeting from 5:00 -7:00 pm. I will send a separate email with an agenda for the Board meeting. Please email me any items to be included on the agenda by this Thursday, March 12th. In previous years, we have gone out as a group for dinner after the Sunday BOD meeting. Do we want to do that this year? If so, I'd be glad to help get that organized and make reservations. Please email any suggestions.
