[Bod] proclamation

I contacted the governor's office yet again.  They said they have a lot of requests and I should be getting the proclamation in a few days.  If it comes I will try to give it to someoone who can take it the annual meeting.

Good afternoon everyone,
 
I wanted to get this out to all the Board members so we can start preparing for the Business Meeting next Monday.
 
If we could please have volunteers for the following:
 
Parliamentarian
Minutes Review
Tellers
 
The attachment describes the tasks, but please let me know if there are any questions.  I'd like to have most of this setup before we get to Williamsburg.
 
Committee Chairs - the attachment also describes the report format.  If you are on a sub-committee, please contact your Chairperson so you can forward your information that is to be included in the report.
 
Thanks for everyone's involvement in VSCLS and your part in making the Business Meeting a success.
