[arg_discuss] White Paper update...

Outlines are rolling in and they're looking pretty darned good! I'm  
beginning to see a really good white paper... yay us!

We still need a few writers to step up, don't be afraid. We've got a  
ton of folks willing to help edit and a few have offered to help out  
with content research & fact checking, but just can't commit to actual  
writing. So help is available. Plus, we have the mailing and I'm  
certain ask for research assistance and/or advice, you'll get even  
more help. If you're interested in taking on a section, let me know.  
The ones with a question mark are just waiting for you!  And if there  
is something that you want to write that's not there, let's talk :)
