[arg_discuss] Links for voting in the IGDA election

To vote in the IGDA elections, start with this page:

http://www.igda.org/board/elections.php

And click on the "ballot" link. Everybody vote for somebody! Or
everybody. This is done on the "approval" method, so you can vote for
as many people as you like. (If you're an IGDA member.)
