[arg_discuss] ARGs Around the World data

I might be the harshest critic on the what is and is not an ARG, so
you might not actually want me looking at it - but I'd love to take a
peek and may have something(s) to add to it. Unfortunately, it looks
like the list will strip attachments (a good thing, really). Perhaps
you could put it up as a google docs spreadsheet. If you're not
familiar with google docs, you can send it my way and I can put it up.
As a bonus, once it's up there, others can poke at it directly.
