On a slightly related note, I saw the hardcover version of Cathy's Book on
clearance for $5 at Barnes & Noble.  I picked them all up, preparing to buy
them all... until my six-year-old said - "Mommy, why do you need 5 copies of
the same book?"  (damn that logical kid!)
So if you haven't picked up the book yet, take a look in the clearance
section!
