[arg_discuss] ARGology: Initiative Update

Great move! We do need someone there too. But, Adrien, please feel free to
keep contributing to the ARG design section too though. Indeed, anyone can
pop in ideas via email or to the list for any of the sections, at anytime.
The names are just those who are making sure it happens! And I don't think I
need to put my name down, as I'll be a floater really.
