[arg_discuss] ARG stats update

I asked Joseph Olin about how DICE
<http://www.dicesummit.org/awards.php>would handle ARG awards, at last
year's DICE conference.
While I can't remember how he worded his response exactly, DICE would put
them in with mobile games.
The problem with a lot of these awards is that for a game to be nominated,
it costs money.
