[arg_discuss] Next SIG IRC Meeting: Nov. 12

I think the SIG keeps momentum better when we do these more often - so
I'm thinking we should do another in early November, on a weekday this
time for those of us who don't like business to interfere in personal
time.

I'm thinking noon EST/9am Pacific/5pm London, on... let's call it
Monday Nov. 12. Unless there's another conference that day I forgot
about! >_<

Usual place, I'll post details again closer to the day.
