Perplex City had two Interactive Fiction events, but it might not
qualify as what you're looking for.

The Receda's Revenge live events were collaborative multi-player text
adventures (meaning players took turns at the command line via what
amounted to IRC). We wrote a lot of it on the spot as they played,
though of course we did a lot of scripting and mapping ahead of time,
too.
