Another tool you might find useful is Freemind

http://freemind.sf.net

Very handy for fast writing downs of ideas, and arranging and
rearranging in different groups. The whole thing can be navigated very
fast from the keyboard, and auto exports to bulleted listed HTML,
preserving hyperlinks.
